ECW Functions and Products

ECW Plug-ins	Per Download (choose <Product Family>: ECW Products) for clients (e.g. ArcGIS and AutoCAD) and standard web browser (IE, FF, Chrome).

IMAGINE Essentials	Write ECW for input data that are up to 250 Gigapixel (per Layer).

IMAGINE Advantage	Write ECW for input data that are up to 500 Gigapixel (per Layer).

IMAGINE Professional	Write ECW for input data with no size restriction.

GeoCompressor	GeoCompressor is a high-performance geospatial image and point cloud compression application by Hexagon that allows you to access Hexagon Geospatial’s unparalleled compression technology in an independent fashion.

GEOcompressor	Standalone tool by GEOSYSTEMS GmbH for generationg ECW and JPEG2000. GEOSYSTEMS GEOcompressor.

ERDAS ECW/JPEG2000 SDK	This Software Developer Toolkit (SDK) enables users to implement read and write capability (ECW and JPEG2000) into own desktop and server applications. Three tiers available: Cost-free SDK to implement ECW and JPEG2000 read capability in own desktop application, and to receive ECW data streaming. Download (choose bei <Product Family>: ECW Products). SDK to implement ECW and JPEG2000 read and write capability in own desktop application. SDK to implement ECW and JPEG2000 read and write capability in own server application.

ECW for ArcGIS Server	This ERDAS Extension enables ArcGIS Server to read local ECW image data and to deploy them as WMS or WCS service.

ERDAS APOLLO	Fastest raster data server on the market. High performance image data streaming wiht ECW-P. Delivery of data to thousands clients, already in the minimum tier.
